Every hardware purchase is registered with its serial number on your invoice and in our system. If you prefer, we can provide a printed warranty coupon, but our main process is electronic for your convenience. Electronic Warranty Service
Easy Returns, No Hassle
Enjoy a 14-day unconditional return period on eligible products. Simply notify us within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, and return the item in its original condition. We’ll process your refund within 14 days after your return request, minus any express or regional delivery fees. Simple Return Steps
Fast, Fair Exchanges
If your item can’t be repaired within 40 calendar days, we’ll replace it based on its current market value. In some cases, we’ll even exchange your item at your address if the defect is confirmed remotely—just send us a photo or video of the issue. Remote Assistance Available
How Our Warranty Works
Our warranty covers most hardware for 2 years, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Even if a product’s factory warranty is shorter, you’re still covered for up to 2 years by us. Some items may also include an extended commercial guarantee for extra peace of mind.
What’s Not Covered
Warranty service is not available if the warranty period has expired, the serial number doesn’t match, or the product is damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs. Please ensure all essential components are included when returning your item.
Return & Exchange Location
