Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deal with their inquiries on phone and in-person
- Organize and coordinate meetings
- Qualify the customer needs
- Participation in company’s promotional marketing activities
- Translating documents from English to Georgian and vice versa
- Maintain and organize customer’s database and accounting program
Must Have
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Georgian
- Professional Personal Appearance
- Organizing and Planning skills
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Stress Tolerant
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Knowledge of Customer Service Principles and Practices
- Strong analytical skills
